The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 403 residential property sales in September 2022, with an average selling price of $523,928. This marks a 41.93% decrease in the number of sales compared to September 2021, while the average sale price is down 4.87% for that same period. This is a 0.63% increase from August 2022, where the average sale price was $520,634.

The number of listings in September 2022 was 885, down 14.99% compared to a year prior.
