The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 655 residential property sales in September 2021, with an average selling price of $552,186. This marks a 15.7% decrease in the number of sales compared to September 2020, while the average sale price is up 27.4% for that same period. This is a 2.86% decrease from August 2021, where the average sale price was $568,420.

The number of listings for September 2021 was 1,035, an increase of 5.94% compared to a year prior.
