The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 738 residential property sales in September 2020, with an average selling price of $433,043. This marks a 32.26% increase in the number of sales compared to September 2019, while the average sale price is up 30.77% for that same period. This is a 0.51% increase compared to August 2020, where the average sale price was $430,810.

The number of listings for September 2020 was 951, an increase of 8.44% compared to a year prior.
