The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 658 residential property sales in October 2021, with an average selling price of $565,278. This marks a 12.5% decrease in the number of sales compared to October 2020, while the average sale price is up 31.73% for that same period. This is a 2.37% increase from September 2021, where the average sale price was $552,186.

The number of listings for October 2021 was 855, an increase of 2.4% compared to a year prior.
