The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 720 residential property sales in October 2020, with an average selling price of $428,276. This marks an 18.23% increase in the number of sales compared to October 2019, while the average sale price is up 25.28% for that same period. This is a 1.1% decrease compared to September 2020, where the average sale price was $433,043.

The number of listings for October 2020 was 823, a decrease of 2.6% compared to a year prior.
