The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports the following regarding residential property sales for November 2024:

The number of residential property listings in November 2024 was 846, up 4.57% compared to 809 in November 2023.

There were 370 residential property sales in November 2024, a 9.47% increase compared to November 2023, which saw 338 sales.

The average selling price in November 2024 was $584,452, a 10.37% increase compared to November 2023. This is also a 0.81% increase from the previous month, where the average sale price was $579,765.
