The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 331 residential property sales in November 2022, with an average selling price of $511,275. This marks a 50.96% decrease in the number of sales compared to November 2021, while the average sale price is down 9.94% for that same period. This is a 5.79% decrease from October 2022, where the average sale price was $524,707.

The number of listings in November 2022 was 726, down 17.50% compared to a year prior.
