The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 583 residential property sales in May 2022, with an average selling price of $647,331. This marks a 20.46% decrease in the number of sales compared to May 2021, while the average sale price is up 14.73% for that same period. This is a 6.56% decrease from April 2022, where the average sale price was $692,759.

The number of listings in May 2022 was 1,438, an increase of 37.87% compared to a year prior.
