The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 417 residential property sales in March 2023, with an average selling price of $568,204. This marks a 41.84% decrease in the number of sales compared to March 2022, while the average sale price is down 21.14% for that same period. This is a 6.65% increase from February 2023, where the average sale price was $532,777.

The number of listings in March 2023 was 859, down 19.64% compared to a year prior.
