The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 545 residential property sales in June 2022, with an average selling price of $607,704. This marks a 27.91% decrease in the number of sales compared to June 2021, while the average sale price is up 9.24% for that same period. This is a 6.12% decrease from May 2022, where the average sale price was $647,331.

The number of listings in June 2022 was 1,557, an increase of 35.39% compared to a year prior.
