The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports the following regarding residential property sales for January 2025:

The number of residential property listings in January 2025 was 815, up 26.36% compared to 645 in January 2024.

There were 262 residential property sales in January 2025, a 9.97% decrease compared to January 2024, which saw 291 sales.

The average selling price in January 2025 was 572,643, a 6.55% increase compared to January 2024. This is a 2.20% drop from the previous month, where the average sale price was $585,542.
