The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 244 residential property sales in January 2023, with an average selling price of $516,117. This marks a 46.72% decrease in the number of sales compared to January 2022, while the average sale price is down 19.95% for that same period. This is an 8.97% increase from December 2022, where the average sale price was $473,642.

The number of listings in January 2023 was 598, up 8.93% compared to a year prior.
