The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 416 residential property sales in January 2022, with an average selling price of $636,422. This marks a 4.59% decrease in the number of sales compared to January 2021, while the average sale price is up 26.37% for that same period. This is a 10.67% increase from December 2021, where the average sale price was $575,069.

The number of listings for January 2022 was 546, an increase of 10.98% compared to a year prior.
