The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 401 residential property sales in January 2021, with an average selling price of $510,716. This marks a 26.5% increase in the number of sales compared to January 2020, while the average sale price is up 35.37% for that same period. This is a 12.62% increase compared to December 2020, where the average sale price was $453,479.

The number of listings for January 2021 was 475, a decrease of 12.84% compared to a year prior.
