The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 281 residential property sales in February 2023, with an average selling price of $532,777. This marks a 52.61% decrease in the number of sales compared to February 2022, while the average sale price is down 25.64% for that same period. This is a 3.23% increase from January 2023, where the average sale price was $516,117.

The number of listings in February 2023 was 621, down 10.26% compared to a year prior.
