The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 549 residential property sales in February 2022, with an average selling price of $704,112. This marks a 8.93% increase in the number of sales compared to February 2021, while the average sale price is up 44.74% for that same period. This is a 10.64% increase from January 2022, where the average sale price was $636,422.

The number of listings for February 2022 was 680, an increase of 17.04% compared to a year prior.
