The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports the following regarding residential property sales for December 2024:

The number of residential property listings in December 2024 was 399, up 29.97% compared to 307 in December 2023.

There were 242 residential property sales in December 2024, a 0.41% increase compared to December 2023, which saw 241 sales.

The average selling price in December 2024 was $585,542, a 14.42% increase compared to December 2023. This is also a 0.19% increase from the previous month, where the average sale price was $584,452.
