The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 402 residential property sales in December 2020, with an average selling price of $453,479. This marks a 22.56% increase in the number of sales compared to December 2019, while the average sale price is up 35.6% for that same period. This is a 7.97% increase compared to November 2020, where the average sale price was $420,007.

The number of listings for December 2020 was 366, an increase of 26.64% compared to a year prior.
