The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 645 residential property sales in August 2021, with an average selling price of $568,420. This marks a 16.23% decrease in the number of sales compared to August 2020, while the average sale price is up 31.91% for that same period. This is a 4.80% increase from July 2021, where the average sale price was $542,334.

The number of listings for August 2021 was 988, an increase of 3.46% compared to a year prior.
