The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 694 residential property sales in April 2021, with an average selling price of $571,943. This marks a 132.99% increase in the number of sales compared to April 2020, while the average sale price is up 60.46% for that same period. This is a 7.55% increase from March 2021, where the average sale price was $531,805.

The number of listings for April 2021 was 943, an increase of 103.23% compared to a year prior.
