The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 286 residential property sales in April 2020, with an average selling price of $352,463. This marks a 54.89% drop in the number of sales compared to April 2019, while the average sale price is up 0.08% for that same period. This is a 1.51% drop compared to March 2020, where the average sale price was $357,874.

The number of listings for April 2020 was 445, a decrease of 53.6% compared to a year prior, as the Covid-19 pandemic continued to take a toll on the local market.
