The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 438 residential property sales in July 2023, with an average selling price of $554,277. This marks a 1.39% increase in the number of sales compared to July 2022, while the average sale price is down 0.96% for that same period. This is a 4.80% decrease from June 2023, where the average sale price was $582,245.

The number of listings in July 2023 was 1,049, down 20.35% compared to a year prior.
