The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 393 residential property sales in August 2022, with an average selling price of $520,634. This marks a 42.12% decrease in the number of sales compared to August 2021, while the average sale price is down 8.38% for that same period. This is a 6.69% decrease from July 2022, where the average sale price was $557,989.

The number of listings in August 2022 was 1,057, an increase of 5.81% compared to a year prior.
