The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 393 residential property sales in July 2022, with an average selling price of $557,989. This marks a 40.99% decrease in the number of sales compared to July 2021, while the average sale price is up 22.01% for that same period. This is an 8.18% decrease from June 2022, where the average sale price was $607,704.

The number of listings in July 2022 was 1,305, an increase of 23.81% compared to a year prior.
