The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 459 residential property sales in December 2021, with an average selling price of $575,069. This marks a 10.6% increase in the number of sales compared to December 2020, while the average sale price is up 25.73% for that same period. This is a 0.73% increase from November 2021, where the average sale price was $570,879.

The number of listings for December 2021 was 405, an increase of 8.87% compared to a year prior.
