The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 626 residential property sales in November 2021, with an average selling price of $570,879. This marks a 12.59% increase in the number of sales compared to November 2020, while the average sale price is up 36.58% for that same period. This is a 0.99% increase from October 2021, where the average sale price was $565,278.

The number of listings for November 2021 was 867, an increase of 35.05% compared to a year prior.
