The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 727 residential property sales in June 2021, with an average selling price of $555,544. This marks a 6.6% increase in the number of sales compared to June 2020, while the average sale price is up 38.36% for that same period. This is a 1.4% decrease from May 2021, where the average sale price was $563,409.

The number of listings for June 2021 was 1,143, an increase of 27.71% compared to a year prior.
