The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 687 residential property sales in May 2021, with an average selling price of $563,409. This marks a 49.67% increase in the number of sales compared to May 2020, while the average sale price is up 43.32% for that same period. This is a 1.49% decrease from April 2021, where the average sale price was $571,943.

The number of listings for May 2021 was 1,027, an increase of 51.70% compared to a year prior.
