The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 700 residential property sales in March 2021, with an average selling price of $531,805. This marks a 38.89% increase in the number of sales compared to March 2020, while the average sale price is up 49.41% for that same period. This is a 10.51% increase compared to February 2021, where the average sale price was $481,221.

The number of listings for March 2021 was 893, an increase of 11.49% compared to a year prior.
