The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 479 residential property sales in February 2021, with an average selling price of $481,221. This marks a 9.61% increase in the number of sales compared to February 2020, while the average sale price is up 24.79% for that same period. This is a 5.78% decrease compared to January 2021, where the average sale price was $510,716.

The number of listings for February 2021 was 571, a decrease of 5.93% compared to a year prior.
