The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 522 residential property sales in November 2020, with an average selling price of $420,007. This marks a 6.31% increase in the number of sales compared to November 2019, while the average sale price is up 24.14% for that same period. This is a 0.02% decrease compared to October 2020, where the average sale price was $428,276.

The number of listings for November 2020 was 631, an increase of 9.74% compared to a year prior.
