The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 686 residential property sales in July 2020, with an average selling price of $427,107. This marks a 5.05% increase in the number of sales compared to July 2019, while the average sale price is up 24.73% for that same period. This is a 5.17% increase compared to June 2020, where the average sale price was $406,113.

The number of listings for July 2020 was 906, a decrease of 11.26% compared to a year prior.
