The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that there were 649 residential property sales in June 2020, with an average selling price of $406,113. This marks a 3.42% drop in the number of sales compared to June 2019, while the average sale price is up 21.09% for that same period. This is a 5.67% increase compared to May 2020, where the average sale price was $384,311.

The number of listings for June 2020 was 882, a decrease of just 7.35% compared to a year prior.
